What do you like best about Prep Edu?

The biggest win for us has been the AI grading. Prep's Corrective Feedback AI identifies and explains around 90% of errors in Speaking and Writing before our teachers even look, which cut our grading time from about 30 minutes to 10 minutes per assignment. The real-time admin dashboard is the other standout — we now manage 40 classes and 600 students with just 2 staff, tracking each class and learner's progress by skill in one place. The AI Virtual Speaking & Writing Rooms also give students a place to practice all four skills anytime, which was our biggest gap before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prep Edu?

Honestly, the only minor issue is that the AI occasionally glitches or takes a bit too long to grade Speaking and Writing tasks during peak hours. It's not a dealbreaker, but it can be slightly frustrating for our students when they're waiting on instant feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prep Edu solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solved our post-COVID enrollment drop and our manual workload. After deploying Prep we rebranded as a high-tech IELTS center: enrollment rose 50% and placement-test completion went up 20%. Grading costs dropped 70% — each teacher now grades three times as many papers per hour — and student satisfaction and renewal rose 50%. The number of students scoring IELTS 7.0–8.5 grew from 80 in 2022 to 180 in 2023. Overall the partnership doubled our revenue while cutting student-management costs in half.
