However, with new features that are coming in the next few months, such as a Guest Portal, will really bring the PM Module to the forefront. **What problems is Premier Construction Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a cloud based ERP has eliminated double entry between our Operations and Finance teams. It’s given us more visibility into the project financials so we can use this data to make the changes we need to have our company be more profitable. ### 2. Premier streamlined the learning curve. This resulted in a decrease in time need to train and allowed me to be a more effective team member by the week. Having financials with drillable details was a feature I had not experienced with other softwares and it was an absolute game changer. **What do you dislike about Premier Construction Software?** As an accountant, I would love to see a prepaid module that can track and recognize when recurring prepaids are missing when reviewing month end close items. **What problems is Premier Construction Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software is just so efficient and intuitive. You can usually locate the information you’re looking for with minimal training. ### 3. Also exporting reports in excel is a HUGE plus! **What do you dislike about Premier Construction Software?** The learning curve is tough, but not impossible to get past. **What problems is Premier Construction Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a software that updates often (and listens to its users regarding updates) and something that wasn’t server based. It has helped us have more financial visibility at a company and job level. The subcontractor portal was a game changer for us (No more lost invoices!). They also partner with other software to help streamline our workflows including payroll, invoice & payment processing. They are constantly coming up with business solutions and implementing it into their program. They listen to their customers and have a great support team. **What do you dislike about Premier Construction Software?** As all in one as they are, they don't have a payroll processing system. They do timecards and can job cost all labor but it has to be sent to a 3rd party processor (which might be a good thing for liability reasons, someome else files your payroll taxes). This is really the only drawback I have found, and we are so happy we have made the change to Premier. **What problems is Premier Construction Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Premier comes out with solutions constantly. From work flow solutions, to updating features for ease of use. It really has been a game changer for us. ### 9. It’s been a pivotal tool in bridging the gap between operations and finance. Thanks to Premier, we successfully encouraged our project managers to proactively utilize the platform for tasks such as entering subcontracts, change orders which has resulted in improved financial transparency for their projects. The outstanding Premier training team played a critical role in facilitating the adoption. The seamless integration between PM and accounting features helped us bridge the communication gap between team members. Furthermore it really brought a greater understanding between the teams and how teams can set up other teams for success **What do you dislike about Premier Construction Software?** Well theres double edge sword that Premier doesnt allow certain actions (that would otherwise be avaliable in other accounting software).
