What do you like best about Prefixbox?

I use Prefixbox for its AI-powered search and chat capabilities on our Shopify website. I love Prefixbox's search feature because it offers a more powerful search capability than the standard Shopify search, allowing buyers to find products by entering broad requirements rather than specific keywords. The sales and technical support from Prefixbox is outstanding—any time I have a question or problem, it's typically resolved within a couple of hours. They are quick to respond, eager to help, and even tweak the AI engine if needed. Their software works surprisingly well, and we found that the AI-driven chat generates more detailed and accurate answers quicker than we could manually. The initial setup was very easy, taking only about an hour or so. The support staff walked us through the setup in real-time, making it a quick and painless process.
