What do you like best about Preferred Patron Loyalty?

Preferred Patron offers flexibility to adapt to each retailer's preferred rewards solution. The program offers a very complete set of tools and reports so that the rewards program may be adapted and updated as needed. What do you dislike about Preferred Patron Loyalty?

We do not have any dislike of the program. When we have needed to change or adapt our program to some new need, we have had ready help available to accomplish the changes we want to make. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Preferred Patron Loyalty solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have used this program over a decade, initially utilizing the Gift Card program. Based on our immediate positive experience, we began implementing all that Preferred Patron had to offer. Among the most beneficial product features is the loyalty program which allows direct email campaigns with segmentation. Preferred Patron is by far the most comprehensive and affordable loyalty program for small businesses.
