What do you like best about Predictive Success?

In the last year PI has made many updates and changes to their website and the way they present their product. They've involved their clients and have created a super easy and interactive experience. The system they've created has become so valuable to me I feel somewhat addicted. I don't think I'd want to do HR without it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Predictive Success?

It's hard to say that there is something I don't like, because they value feedback and are constantly responding to the needs and wishes of their clients. If there is something I might not like, there is something I can do about it - and they listen, it makes a difference! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Predictive Success:

What problems is Predictive Success solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have used PI mainly as part of the process to bring in talent, however with the updates to the tools on their website, it has become easy to use Managers to lead their teams. It's also a great tool for employees to understand one another better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
