What do you like best about Precoro?

Electronic routing for approvals

Ability to attach documents allows workplace to be paperless

What do you dislike about Precoro?

Thing don't go away from the workspaces and you rely on filters to narrow the workspace. When you add receipts the page shows nothing pending and you have to go to the "add receipts" button to really add receipts. It is confusing to the users. I also wish the PO was more customizable. What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Precoro support folks - Anastasiia and Caroline in particular have been amazing - professional, knowledgeable, patient, informative and a pure pleasure to work with. Their responses are so quick/timely even with our time differences. When they respond, they do it so throughly I don't need to go back and ask more questions, it can actually be resolved! They help me with systemic changes, ie changes to how we originally set up workflows due to company changes, they help me with efficiencies - how to redesign screens/reports to give us the information we need. Support helps me with refining AI to be more relevant to what we are doing and what are expectations are. You need to give these folks a raise because they are a big reason for us staying with the system and being positive about it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
