What do you like best about Precisely?

The support and reaction time that Precisely delivers when you submit questions or proposals. Obviously the product, and how easy it is to take "word template contracts" and turn them into automated dynamic and flexible contracts. On some contracts, we have gone from 20 hours in preparation to less than one while satisfying all governance and stakeholders in the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Precisely?

The maturity of the product, we have met several limitations, but most of these limitations have been mitigated by improving the product and are no longer limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Precisely solving and how is that benefiting you?

Speed and governance on signing business opportunities and archiving and retrieving contracts, overview of agreements that are due for renewal. Legal review can focus on specific areas where changes are requested or totally skipped and a template is 100% within the built-in flexibility that has already been approved by legal.
