What do you like best about PreciseCheck?

We first looked into PreciseCheck because they were highly recommended in an HR group that I am in, and I'm so glad that we did. We are thrilled with our decision to move to PreciseCheck for our background checks. The system is so user friendly, both for us and for the employees. The background checks come back quickly, the customer service is absolutely amazing. I've gotten quick responses any time I've needed anything. The background checks, once back, are easy to read- they highlight anything that shows up in red, otherwise a clear background check is green. The background checks are thorough and we have had zero issues with any of the information being inaccurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PreciseCheck?

What problems is PreciseCheck solving and how is that benefiting you?

PreciseCheck has solved every one of the issues that we had with the company we previously used: lack of customer service, background checks taking over 3 months to complete, background checks that seemingly were getting "stuck" in their system, but we were told if we canceled the request and resubmitted that we would have to pay for both the canceled one and the resubmitted one. Lots more concerns, every one was solved with PreciseCheck. It has made it much easier to do my job, and has made the pre-employment process much quicker and easier, since the employees can go in and enter their own information and submit the authorization. Before, they filled out a paper authorization and I had to enter it all into the system, so it's made it much more efficient as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
