What do you like best about Pre-Order?

I was setting up an item in my store that I needed to be available for pre-order, couldn't figure out why the Pre-Order button wouldn't appear. CS popped up and inquired if everything was working properly and helped me quickly resolve the issue. The support for this app is great. I recently installed it, but it wasn't working on the Dutch version of my translated shop. I emailed them about this matter and they changed the coding on their end for FREE. This is how you get loyal customers. Now I can use the app in my English store as well as my Dutch store. Kudos! Also, used this app for presales. this app is great and its helped me out with special orders and determines supply and demand. thank you for the online chat help as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pre-Order?

Made my Add To Cart button dissapear and load after 5 seconds. The effect stayed even after uninstalling and had to be removed by editing the code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pre-Order solving and how is that benefiting you?
