PracticeFlux offers a truly unique website. Josh customized my design template to match the services I offer. The whole website is based on what I'm known for (gentle chiropractic). On boarding was a great experience. Josh set up my email with Microsoft, setup Google Analytics and Google Search, added my online scheduler (Veloce Solutions widget), and helped with my patient forms. Josh gave specific instructions on things I needed to do on my end (create an account and add him as a user was the most difficult thing I had to do; which was very easy!). Customer service is extremely fast and responsive. Josh has improved the platform from user input. If there is function we would like to see, he will let you know if it is possible. The improvements made since signing up have streamlined making updates to the website. I love the AI editor! It works exceptionally well. The AI blog function is my absolute favorite. I've been doing weekly blog posts for a few weeks now targeted to my area. The AI editor is super easy to use and I enjoy the process! I was previously with Inception for years. Inception was bought out and Inception's customer service declined rapidly. It took 2 months and multiple calls and emails to get it updated. The transfer process from Inception was seamless. Josh is very knowledgeable and handled everything (except cancelling Inception, that was an easy phone call)! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is designed so the end user can make edits and changes to their website when needed. I personally love doing this as it doesn't take much time. For offices who want more hands off, this may not be a good fit. I create a lot of my own blog posts, an option to have these added to the queue instead of published immediately would be a nice addition. I only do one blog post per week so the quality of the posts is kept high. Otherwise the focus may be on how many posts can I add to the queue vs. quality posts.
