Content is very informative and precedent language very useful. I like the knowledge maps for browsing related content. But I really like What’s Market, esp the antitrust risk shifting database which is unique from other tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am generally satisfied with PL. More content is always welcome. I like that links to SEC filings are included for sample deals. It would be nice if a search could be run off the documents. For example, if there was a useful clause, clicking a link to find a number of precedents that could be filtered by industry, market cap etc would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
