They clearly have outsouced to bots. **What do you dislike about PR Underground?** PR Underground is a crook. Although PR Underground used to be good many years ago, today, they are thieves with absolutely no customer service working out of a cellar. The experience has been great which always gives me peace of mind in terms of the timely distribution of all our press releases. When there are questions related to the service, customer support has always been quick and helpful which is one of the key reasons for us to continue with PR underground. **What do you dislike about PR Underground?** It has been getting costly lately. Also, it would be great if the syndication could cover more news sites to get more exposure. **What problems is PR Underground solving and how is that benefiting you?** The online portal is pretty user-friendly that provides a quick glance at all distribution records. Without fail, we continue to go back to and recommend PR Underground. The intuitive platform is easy to use, the prices are beyond competitive, and the customer service is fast and efficient. Additionally, the pickup reports PRU generates are appreciated by our clients and we find the dashboard and newsrooms helpful when comparing all of the press release data that we've accumulated over the years. **What do you dislike about PR Underground?** I don't really have any negative things to say about PR Underground. As an east coast agency, there have been a few times where I forgot that the default press release time is Pacific Timezone, but it is clearly marked so that's more on us. I appreciate that they maintain a newsroom for us with all of our historical press releases in one place. **What do you dislike about PR Underground?** The only drawback I can think of is that the time you request for your release to go out is more like an approximation than an exact release time.
