First, the cloud recording storage is strictly capped with no flexible upgrade options for individual users. Once the allocated cloud space runs out, the system stops saving new interview footage automatically. I am forced to download every recording immediately once a session ends, then manually upload the audio and video files to our PowerFolder document library for long-term research archiving. This repetitive manual backup task eats up a significant chunk of my working hours every week. Second, the platform lacks native automated transcription. After each respondent interview, I have to replay the full audio repeatedly to extract key feedback, sort valid verbal input and compile research summaries.
