What do you like best about Powertrak CPQ?

The tool has been able to do everything we've thrown at it in terms of product catalog rules and configurations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Powertrak CPQ?

The user interface is complex. We've been relying on Axonom to make our configuration changes are are only now beginning to explore doing some of that ourselves. Some of the configs required custom development and we may not be able to change those ourselves easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Powertrak CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had two goals :1) reduce the time it takes for Sales personnel to create a customer quote and 2) improve the accuracy of those quotes to avoid rework by our Billing team. We ultimately want to use Axonom's NetSuite integration to load orders directly from CPQ into NetSuite. We've been using PowerTrak for about a month and we've already seen a dip in the number of orders returned to the Sales team. Sales team likes the ease of the UI and reports less time and aggravation creating quotes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
