One ecosystem that ties together Record, Perform, Applicant Tracking, Profession Development and many more HR resources into eFinancePlus. Seamless API integration with the core system. On-demand support and ease of adding new quantifiable data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PowerSchool Unified Talent?

The system as a whole is a robust system. Without each module, the real value of the Unified Talent Suite does not give you most for your money. Having all the modules really makes a big difference in your day-to-day HR management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PowerSchool Unified Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves a large amount of HR daily management issues. First, it takes care of seamlessly posting and tracking job openings. Applicants can apply and manage everything in one area, while HR can view the applicants and process interview times right from within the system. Records keep new and current employees up to date on paperwork that is required and gives a historical look at those records for both employees and HR personnel. Perform allows the streamlining of annual reviews to be done electronically and quantifies the reviews year over year for HR to easily review. Finally, we have the professional development portion, which allows the HR team to assign trainings required by the company and can be assigned by subcategories to refine the types of trainings offered.
