What do you like best about PowerSchool Unified Talent?

I like that it is connected with our current learning management system and that everything is able to work together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PowerSchool Unified Talent?

I don't like that there is such a steep learning curve. It is very different from other evaluations systems and I have noticed some bugs in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PowerSchool Unified Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving problems of how to evaluate employees in a streamlined way. It is beneficial because Power School now runs our attendance, grades, LMS, and evaluation system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
