What do you like best about PowerHouse Consulting Group?

The detailed responses including video walkthroughs and/or step by step screen shots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PowerHouse Consulting Group?

I don't have any real complaints. If anything, the nature of emailing to resolve a "now" issue is sometimes a pain. But that's not a PHG issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PowerHouse Consulting Group solving and how is that benefiting you?

Service Titan has a ton of documentation you can use to figure out workflows/issues, but you have to have the time. Powerhouse solves that issue. With a simple "how do I do this?" email, you can move on to other tasks and PHG will send a detailed explanation and/or workflow to walk you through your issue. It was a life saver when onboarding and getting up to speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
