What do you like best about PostZapAI?

I like how PostZapAI brings publishing, scheduling, analytics, reporting, and AI tools into one place, making multi-brand social media management much easier. It saves us from switching between multiple tools, allowing us to plan, publish, monitor performance, create teams, and maintain approval and brand consistency with AI voice tools. What do you dislike about PostZapAI?

I find the onboarding process could be simpler. The platform is feature-rich, and having more tutorials and setup guides would make it easier. Short video walkthroughs for the main workflows would help most. A helpful addition would be in-app tips and guided setup for first-time users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
