"PostPlanify helped us with Social Scheduling, Approvals, and Inbox in One Place"

What do you like best about PostPlanify?

We manage 8 social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. Before PostPlanify we had two people on Buffer, someone else posting natively, and a Notion doc for approvals, which was a total mess.

PostPlanify replaced all of it. Approvals happen inside the tool so we're not chasing people on Slack, and comments on drafts stay attached to the post so context doesn't get lost. The social inbox pulls DMs and comments from every platform into one place, which saves me about an hour a day.

Calendar view is clean, custom cover images for videos actually work, and analytics are enough for our monthly client reports without exporting anything. Posts go out on time every time. Reliability matters more than people think until they've used a scheduler that drops posts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostPlanify?

Help docs could be more detailed in places. Had to email support a couple of times for things I'd usually just Google in an older tool. Support replied fast though so not really a complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PostPlanify solving and how is that benefiting you?

The big one is team collaboration. Managing 8 accounts across a few people used to mean constant "did this go out yet?" and "who's approving the Instagram post?" messages. Now everything lives in one calendar and I can see at a glance what's scheduled, what's pending approval, and what's already published.

New team members get up to speed in a day instead of a week. That's the real win for us. Saves time, fewer mistakes, and our clients see more consistent posting across all their channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
