What do you like best about PostMTA?

The speed of communication and prompt resolution from their support team stands out, but from a product standpoint, the combination of their comprehensive Console UI and the robust developer ecosystem is incredible. Having access to over 71 REST API endpoints makes it incredibly easy for our engineering team to integrate high-speed batch sending.

Additionally, the automated ISP-level analytics and the built-in AI deployment tool (using local LLM architecture) completely eliminate the traditional friction of setting up and scaling a self-hosted MTA. What do you dislike about PostMTA?

While the platform is extremely powerful, the initial learning curve for understanding multi-tenant infrastructure setups and credit management configurations can be slightly steep for smaller engineering teams who are completely new to KumoMTA orchestration architectures. PostMTA solves the complex and time-consuming overhead of deploying, managing, and orchestrating a self-hosted, enterprise-grade KumoMTA mail infrastructure.
