I really like how Postman supports teamwork. I can share an API request, and the backend team that builds the API can work on it and provide the endpoints we need. That lets us test everything before integrating it into the application, so we can catch specific errors or issues early. I also find the initial setup very straightforward and easy to get started with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes Postman throws errors but doesn’t make it clear where they’re actually coming from. That’s frustrating because it also doesn’t really point me toward how to fix them. I’ve also noticed that using the same account on different devices can show different requests—for example, a folder might not appear, or updated requests don’t show up—so I end up having to clear cookies (or do something similar) just to confirm whether any changes were made to the API. On top of that, it’s a hassle that there’s no simple refresh button to quickly pull in and view those changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
