I like PostHog most for its user recording feature. It was quite a revelation because I didn't even realize I could do that. The user recordings are super useful, allowing me to see what users do and click on, and helping me understand where they're confused. The analytics component is also good enough for my needs, helping me understand my customers and what issues they face when using my product. I'm really confused about user recordings not being consistent. If I see seven unique visitors, I expect seven recordings, but that's not happening. I've been searching on Google and asking PostHog's support but still don't get it. The explanation about merging didn't really clear it up because I think every session should be recorded. Also, I'm not sure how to bulk delete user recordings right now. I dont see any unique button I can click to delete that shows up when I select all the recordings. I find the dashboarding and setup in PostHog a bit tricky, making it challenging for our team to ensure data accuracy. While shipping fast is good, it sometimes feels like products are half finished, and then slows down after they are GA, almost like it becomes too much to maintain. The frequent crashes during loading can be quite irritating at times, and I also receive a large number of incident emails. This makes me think that there are many crashes occurring, although they do seem to get fixed periodically.
