What do you like best about Posthero?

Posthero completely changed the way we approach customer outreach. Instead of sending regular email campaigns, we used their platform to send personalized physical mail to our potential clients-and the results were outstanding! Being able to automate and track direct mail campaigns as easily as email marketing is a game-changer. What do you dislike about Posthero?

Honestly, not much to complain about here. The only real challenge at the beginning was to reorient our team's thinking toward physical mailings compared to an email campaign. It is a little more to invest at the front of a project in both budget and planning, but once we realized how great it was working for our engagement and response, it was well worth it. Posthero helped us cut through the noise of crowded email inboxes and allowed us to reach potential clients through effective, personalized physical mail campaigns. Among the biggest challenges has been differentiating ourselves and leaving an indelible mark with our audience; Posthero solved that by offering a unique, tangible means to engage them.

Because the platform has truly made it easy to track and measure the performance of our direct mail campaigns, much like digital marketing analytics, we can actually optimize for real data.
