Postbeam lets me quickly and easily engage with LinkedIn users who have interacted with our content, which saves a lot of time and makes it easier to connect. I can reasonably automatically follow up on content, especially with people we’re not already connected with. I also found the customer service helpful and responsive; they offered a couple of different solutions, including an alternative for the AI-created messages so we could get the messaging how we wanted. I think the AI agent assistant needs to do a better job of understanding our tone of voice. Its messages should be closer to what we would write if we replied ourselves manually. That’s the only issue so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
