What problems is Possibleworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’ve had to shift how we do performance reviews a few times, and this tool kept up with us. From adjusting cycles to creating custom templates, it’s been flexible without being overly complicated. It took a few sessions to figure out all the options more under the hood than it seems at first but once you get the hang of it, it really supports the way you work.
