What do you like best about Posit Team?

Posit has delivered an impressive range of technology-driven solutions! Rather than simply catching waves, they stay ahead of the curve with AI and other innovations. Both the vendor and our primary contact have been outstanding partners to my team—always providing prompt responses to our questions and connecting us with the right solutions and people. During our monthly touch-base meetings, we discuss blockers, concerns, and potential needs, and every point is consistently heard and addressed. They genuinely care about their customers! What do you dislike about Posit Team?

I honestly find it hard to point to anything I really dislike. If I had to offer one constructive suggestion, it would be to include a solution engineer in our monthly meetings when we encounter a specific issue (something Posit has already done upon request). Having that direct expertise available would give us more focused, hands-on support and could make troubleshooting easier than working through pages of documentation. What problems is Posit Team solving and how is that benefiting you?

Posit connect has been our team primary platform for shiny app/r markdown/ schedule report, serving hundreds of users for daily business. It enabled data scientists/ actuaries to transform insights to action. Positron has been my go-to editor with seamless AI integration and Rstudo essence.
