What do you like best about PortalXpand - Salesforce Customer Portal?
Every customer can easily get resolution for their queries without contacting a customer service representative which saves users waiting time
They get quick solutions easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about PortalXpand - Salesforce Customer Portal?
Its very rare but i have personally faced sometimes issues creating a case on portal.
