What do you like best about PopSurvey?

What I like best about PopSurvey is how simple it is to create and distribute surveys without sacrificing flexibility. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it’s easy to build professional-looking surveys quickly, even for teams that are not highly technical. I also appreciate the customization options, reporting capabilities, and the ability to gather feedback in real time. From a workflow perspective, it helps streamline customer and internal feedback collection while keeping the experience smooth for both the survey creator and respondents. What do you dislike about PopSurvey?

One thing I dislike about PopSurvey is that some of the more advanced customization and reporting features can feel limited compared to larger enterprise survey platforms. While the platform is very user-friendly, there are times when deeper analytics, more robust integrations, or additional template options would be helpful for more complex use cases. PopSurvey is helping solve the challenge of collecting and organizing feedback efficiently across customers, prospects, and internal teams.
