It has automated workflows that used to take a considerable amount of time to complete. It gives us greater insight into our legal spend and has highlighted outside counsel practices that need to be monitored more closely. Customer support is always prompt and professional.

Poppy listens to customer feedback and, when possible, adds features, lets us know when something is already on the roadmap, or shares how we can get the output we need. It has made reporting easier to share cross-functionally. The user interface is incredibly easy to navigate, and it integrates easily into our workflows, cutting down on numerous emails and spreadsheet tracking.

It immediately paid for itself through the billing review for a single matter. The AI summaries are accurate and easy to follow, and it consistently routes invoices to the correct approvers. Unlike other AI tools, it’s performance is predictable, consistent, and efficient. Bottom line, Poppy Legal and the team behind it always deliver without disappointment.
