What I like most about Poolside AI is that it makes everyday coding tasks easier and saves me time. It’s especially helpful when I’m trying to understand unfamiliar code, fix errors, or get suggestions when I’m stuck. The interface is clean and straightforward, so getting started doesn’t feel overly complicated. I also appreciate that it works alongside my existing development tools without making the workflow feel clunky or disruptive.
The AI suggestions are usually useful, particularly for smaller tasks, and overall performance is pretty good most of the time. Another plus is the support and onboarding guidance, which helps when I’m learning new features or working through setup issues. Given how much time it can save on repetitive work, I think it offers decent value for the money. It’s not perfect, but it definitely makes the development process feel more manageable. One thing I dislike about Poolside AI is that it sometimes struggles to grasp the full context of a project, especially when I’m working with larger codebases. I often have to provide extra details or clarification to get the results I’m expecting. The interface is fairly easy to use overall, but switching between tasks could be smoother and more seamless. Some responses also take longer than I expect, which can slow down my workflow.
I also think integration with existing development tools could be improved, and the initial setup can take a bit of time to get used to. Given the cost, I would expect more consistent results and fewer situations where I need to make manual corrections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
