What do you like best about Polt.ai TMS?

The best part is running my whole freight brokerage in one platform. Before Polt I was bouncing between a TMS, a tracking app, a carrier vetting tool, and a pile of texts just to cover one load. Polt pulls load building, live tracking, carrier risk, and driver comms into a single login. The load builds itself from the tender, so what used to take twenty minutes of manual entry happens in seconds. What do you dislike about Polt.ai TMS?

What problems is Polt.ai TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Polt solves three things that used to eat my day: manual load building, tracking loads across separate tools, and vetting carriers to avoid fraud and double-brokering. Load building used to be slow and manual, and now Polt builds the load from the tender automatically, which saves my team hours every week. On the fraud side, Polt pulls a carrier's risk into one view before I book, so I can catch a bad or double-brokering carrier before the load ever moves. Last year my team got hit by freight theft from a fraudulent carrier and it cost us thousands. With Polt surfacing carrier risk up front, that is exactly the kind of loss we are now set up to avoid.
