I use Pollo AI because I like it as an application, it is quite complete, it has many functions; for example, I use it a lot, mostly for videos. So for videos it has many engines to choose from, sometimes they are cheaper than on other sites or other applications, and I like it because, anyway, in the interface, precisely, it has many features and now also the Italian language and even in the videos there is the possibility of having the language in Italian Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like least about Pollo AI are the hidden credits, which force unnecessary steps to check the balance instead of showing them clearly near the account like every other platform. Also, the constant prompt blocks for alleged copyright issues are unacceptable, especially for normal, fun requests that work seamlessly on other sites. Finally, when the engines malfunction, giving generic replies or telling users to switch isn't enough: you need to fix them to provide a proper service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
