Everything now goes through Pollers. We replaced the four different polling tools we previously used. Getting about twenty people to adopt the platform was surprisingly simple. The interface is quickly learned, and the options are flexible enough to cover very different needs from one team to another, without heavy training. But the real gain is centralization. Before, our data was scattered across multiple platforms, and we had to juggle between accounts to find the survey. Today, everything is in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
