It offers the capability to make commercial submissions in a manner that every insurer can look at with ease. Previously, we had our own in-office submission form which was just a Word document. Policy Works has additional questions depending on what industry we are seeking quotes for, that our generic submission form just didn't have. Often we would forget to ask key questions and have to go back to the client to gather info multiple times. Another way Policy Works is benefiting us is their instant quote feature. It is great not to have to go on and fill out multiple portal submissions for multiple companies. Can't wait until more companies sign on to the Instant Quote platform with Policy Works!
