What do you like best about Polaris Voice?
As a one-person business, I can't answer calls when I'm heads-down in code. Having something that picks up, answers intelligently, and books into my calendar means I stop losing leads to voicemail. The price point makes sense for what you get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Polaris Voice?
I was only able to upload a limited number of documents to train up the AI agent - when I raised this feedback, it was rectified within a few days. The developers were prompt to our feedback! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
