It's a good software that helps us manage, monitor, and discuss the project's issues in real-time. We can create spprints, manage and monitor them and the team as well. There's nothing much to dislike about it, but still, there are some things that we can improve upon, like we can get more formats in customs reports, can add more graph things to represent the project's data.
