What problems is Pointofmail.com Email Tracking and Recall for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's has immensely helped me to track all my emails and the hassle of the opposite person saying that he has not received my email has completely been vanished as I now have the access to verify when my emails were read. The recall email option has also helped me multiple times when I felt a need to modify my email and resent it. This generally happens when as a recruiter we send emails to our candidates.
