I really like that PointFive has worked with us directly to solve the problems we have. They've been very receptive to our feedback on user experience and the needs we have as a large enterprise. I value the datasets they have exposed to us the most, as we can build robust tools in-house and display data in ways that matter to us. This saves us both time and money since we don't have to host or maintain the database, allowing us to focus on delivering exactly what our teams need. Some of the UI functionality could be improved. There are aspects that lack some polishing for a more intuitive experience. Filtering is a big one; it's difficult to search and opt in or out of filter options on the reporting screens. Also, building reports yourself can be cumbersome.
