What do you like best about PointFive?

I really like that PointFive has worked with us directly to solve the problems we have. They've been very receptive to our feedback on user experience and the needs we have as a large enterprise. I value the datasets they have exposed to us the most, as we can build robust tools in-house and display data in ways that matter to us. This saves us both time and money since we don't have to host or maintain the database, allowing us to focus on delivering exactly what our teams need. I also like the extra data breakdowns that PointFive provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PointFive?

Some of the UI functionality could be improved. There are aspects that lack some polishing for a more intuitive experience. Filtering is a big one; it's difficult to search and opt in or out of filter options on the reporting screens. Also, building reports yourself can be cumbersome. I would love to see a text to auto dashboard creator type of interaction for the custom dashboard feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PointFive solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use PointFive for cost opportunity and anomaly tracking, which helps us track runaway costs. The datasets are invaluable for custom dashboarding, saving time and money by not maintaining databases, letting us focus on what teams need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
