What do you like best about PlutoSec?

What we liked best about PlutoSec was how easy they were to work with. They didn’t throw a bunch of tech jargon at us or make things more complicated than they needed to be. Instead, they walked us through every step, explained things clearly, and actually listened to what mattered for our business.

What do you dislike about PlutoSec?

There’s not much to complain about, honestly. If anything, it would be that their final report was a bit too technical for some of our non-IT staff. It had everything we needed, but a simpler summary at the beginning would’ve made it easier for our management team to get a quick understanding without diving into all the details.

What problems is PlutoSec solving and how is that benefiting you?

PlutoSec helped us fix problems we didn’t even know we had. Our booking platform looked fine on the surface, but they found security flaws that could’ve caused real damage—things like exposed customer info or gaps in how payments were handled.

They came in, showed us exactly what was wrong, and helped us fix everything step by step. Since then, the system runs smoother, we feel safer handling customer data, and honestly, we just sleep better knowing things are locked down properly. It’s one less thing to worry about.
