UI/UX is extremely easy to use. As someone who is new to cold email and just leanring, the support was always there and extremely reacable/responsive. They answer silly questions quite professionaly, got on a call, and are always just a text away. I recommend you use the website chat feature as there is always a real person behind it ready to assist. Would recommend it to anyone just starting out or agencies running large scale campaigns because at the end, all these tools have the same features but the support always matters and plus vibe never failed me in that department Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far so good. The dark theme of the UI/UX could be better but not complaining Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
