Ployo has made the recruitment process much faster for me, especially when dealing with a large number of candidates. The UI is clean and easy to navigate, and I like having CVs, interview transcripts, candidate assessments, and results in one place. The AI interview feature is the biggest value for me because it can screen candidates, ask relevant follow-up questions, and give a much clearer picture before I spend time on a live interview. The ATS integrations also make it easier to fit Ployo into an existing hiring workflow rather than changing everything. In terms of ROI, I think it makes the most sense for high-volume hiring, where reducing hours of manual screening can have a real impact. Onboarding is straightforward, and the AI feels more useful than a basic keyword-matching tool because you can actually review the reasoning and interview evidence behind the assessment. Overall, Ployo saves time, keeps screening more consistent, and lets recruiters focus more on the candidates who are actually worth moving forward with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I’d improve is that the AI assessments can sometimes leave you with a lot of information to review, so when you have a large number of candidates, going through all the transcripts and scores can still take quite a bit of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
