What do you like best about Playwise HQ?

Fast AI battlecard generation. It aligns strongly with what our sales team needs to be more effective in competitive deals, and it’s easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Playwise HQ?

It would be advantageous to be able to upload screenshots of competing solutions. One of our strengths is our UI so being able to show examples to our sales reps of our competitors UI would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Playwise HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

With a growing sales team we needed alignment on how we position against competing solutions. The team didn't wanted detailed, multi-page documents but a simple hub where they could get up-to-date insights and see where we win, where we lose and how to combat some of the prickly questions that come up during a pitch. We now have coverage of all of our competitors in Playwise HQ and rep adoption has been stronger than we even hoped for. We conduct regular fortnightly competitive debriefs where we collectively look at opportunities we have closed and then update our battlecards with that insight. This has helped keep our entire sales team up-to-date with changes in the market and new logos we have added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
