What do you like best about Playmotiv?

That combines a visually polished and intuitive platform with a layer of intelligence that makes the experience feel personalized, not generic. The sellers adopted it without resistance, and in projects like this, that's half the work. But if I had to choose something, it would be the unexpected impact of the challenge dynamics among sellers. They managed to get teams from different countries to know each other and bond in a way that no KPI dashboard would have achieved. What do you dislike about Playmotiv?

The analytics could be more comprehensive. On some occasions, we had to work on our own to obtain the regional breakdowns that the client needed, which meant additional work for us. It is the area where we believe there is the most room for improvement, although we trust that they will refine it; in fact, we plan to repeat the project next year. What problems is Playmotiv solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solve the challenge of keeping sales teams motivated and aligned with business objectives for months, even when people are spread across different countries and cultures. That is much more difficult than it seems.

The platform is visually appealing and intuitive; the salespeople adopted it without friction, which is key when you can't force anyone to use it. Additionally, it integrated well with the client's systems, without major technical complications. During the competition, the performance was solid, with no significant outages or incidents.

Regarding support, the onboarding of the first country took us longer than expected, but the team accompanied us at all times. Once the process was underway, the deployment in the rest of the countries was much more agile.

The ROI is difficult to isolate, but the client renewed, and that says a lot. And, in terms of platform intelligence, the ranking algorithms and challenge personalization helped make the experience feel relevant to each participant, and not generic.

In short, it allowed us to offer something that, as an agency, we would not have been able to develop on our own, and that positions us better for future clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
