What do you like best about PlatoForms?

The UX is very clean and the logic behind the fields is very easy to setup. They include the ability to add custom css styles and code which is great for expanding beyond what platforms offer in their features, especially for white labeling and making everything look and feel exactly how you'd want. I have used other platforms of the same type of product but they just don't compare and it's not even close. Their customer service is honestly the best I have experienced from any vendor, not just for feature requests and bug issues, but also general question answering. What do you dislike about PlatoForms?

Other than the occasional issues (that can happen with any platform), I really don't have anything to complain about, it's a very solid product. Any issues I do happen to have, the team is quick to respond and just as quick to fix the issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PlatoForms solving and how is that benefiting you?

We onboard and offboard a lot of employees, across multiple states and PF is essential for us to get that information from our managers to get these users managed in a timely manner.
