As someone who deals with financial reporting and revenue recognition, Planwhiz has been a game-changer for me. The platform has automated the revenue recognition process and cash reporting, eliminating the need for complicated waterfall formulas and minimizing errors. It generates SaaS metrics automatically, giving me valuable insights into the performance of each customer, product, sales rep, and sales region. The drill-down capability allows me to access specific details quickly and easily, saving time and increasing efficiency. What problems is Planwhiz solving and how is that benefiting you?

Planwhiz has solved our significant challenge - managing many contracts through manual spreadsheets. With two products requiring recognition under the ASC 606 rule with different schedules, managing the spreadsheets became increasingly difficult, leading to mistakes in cash or revenue waterfall calculations. Since implementing Planwhiz, we have experienced a significant increase in efficiency and accuracy. The platform has eliminated manual calculations, saving us at least 15 hours every month. It has minimized errors and ensured our financial reports are accurate and reliable. The drill-down capability has provided valuable insights into the performance of each customer, product, sales rep, and sales region, allowing us to make data-driven decisions resulting in increased revenue and profitability. Overall, implementing Planwhiz has been a significant success, improving our financial reporting process, saving time, and increasing accuracy.
