It helps us coach teams that may be less mature, specifically regarding potential backlog refinement and prioritization. **What do you dislike about Planview ProjectPlace?** The documents tab within cards does not integrate well with SharePoint, so if you attach a document and edit it, it does not sync with the online document and creates a local file version. **What problems is Planview ProjectPlace solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to get better at planning effectively, specifically in projects, which is a major issue for us and not standardized currently. ### 2. New users tend to either fall back into old ways easily or take longer to truly embed a new process as the tool is not quick to learn. **What problems is Planview ProjectPlace solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to improve our software upgrade processes by utilizing Project place. The ability to build out a project plan, decompose the work into cards on a board and easily see what the status of our cards made our process faster and more efficient. ### 3. Its support and integration is another positive point of Projectplace. **What do you dislike about Planview ProjectPlace?** The price is not the most solid thing about this program, however its fast ROI gives you peace of mind when buying it. **Recommendations to others considering Planview ProjectPlace:** Projectplace is very easy and incredible, I have been able to be more organized, creative and punctual with the execution of projects.
