What do you dislike about Planview AdaptiveWork?

So far I haven't found any downside with the tool. I'd like to mobile app to provide better functionality but I understand that's on the plan for the coming year. The biggest problem we've faced is managing the expectations of our Users, due to its highly configurable UI they want to change everything out of the box. This is a significant challenge for the implementation team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Planview AdaptiveWork:

Make sure you've set clear expectation with your Users that they should provide operational requirements, not solutions based on current way of working. Let the system do it's job and work as the world class platform it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
