Before Folia, my day-of timelines lived separately in Google Docs because I never liked Timeline Genius, and I was literally drawing arrows in Canva to figure out ceremony seating and processional order. I wanted a product that gave me the project management tools I actually needed, with anything else as a bonus, not a requirement. My favorite feature is the timeline, especially the automatic sunrise and sunset calculation. I used to Google those times manually for every single wedding, now it's just there. The hair and makeup session builder has been just as useful, it significantly cuts down on manual calculations, and the drag-and-drop functionality makes timeline changes much easier.
