What do you like best about Planisware Orchestra?

The solution covers a very wide range of portfolio and project management needs; for us, all the needs we identified in terms of processes have been met. In terms of interfaces, Orchestra is quite easy to handle and has a modern and user-friendly design; for example, the ability to drag and drop, increase or decrease tasks directly from the GANTT is quite appreciated. In terms of performance, the tool has so far shown no accessibility or performance issues. One of the most useful points is that we have been able to go beyond the processes already in place in terms of project tracking and reporting, thanks to the tool. What do you dislike about Planisware Orchestra?

Support might be the only downside so far; issues raised often have to wait a bit before being addressed, and the solutions proposed have not yet shown the most effective resolution - knowing that our issues were not blocking. Finally, our version (8.1.7) does not integrate AI, which could be interesting in the future. We'll see what version 9 will offer in this regard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Planisware Orchestra solving and how is that benefiting you?

We did not have common tools in the institution before choosing Orchestra. Each department used disparate tools, which impacted the standardization of processes, reporting, models used, etc. Orchestra allows us a real gain in maturity in terms of harmonizing practices, streamlining internal processes, and interoperability between departments, but also between Orchestra and other tools. Finally, I would say that Orchestra allows us to go further than we imagined on these different levels.
