I like the idea of comparing the AI estimate with the actual execution because it can show how realistic the original plan was. It would be especially useful after a project is completed, when the team can see where the timeline, resources, or cost went differently from the original plan. One thing I would improve is the level of insight on the review. If the AI estimate 30 days and the project took 38 days, simply showing the 8 days difference doesn't tell me much, however, when planiqai explains what caused the gap and whether it came from the estimate itself, a resource issue, a dependency, or something that changed during the execution.
